Brian Baumgartner helps Terri & Sandy get interns

Terri & Sandy is hiring summer interns with the hope that they’ll “find candidates who are smart, capable and also—little creative weirdos.” The agency wanted a voice that would cut through the noise of all the other agencies on LinkedIn hoping to do the same. So, with help from platform Cameo, Terri & Sandy tapped one of the most lovable characters to ever set foot in an “Office,” otherwise known as chili-dropping Kevin Malone, Brian Baumgartner. “Fingers crossed we find some people who are just as fun (but way more efficient) than Kevin Malone,” said Rebecca Baldwin, Terri & Sandy sr. copywriter.
